Procurement Professional Programme Overview
The Procurement Professional Programme (P3) is a two-year development initiative designed to nurture the next generation of procurement professionals in the Singapore public sector.
This comprehensive programme offers you a unique opportunity to develop in-depth government procurement practices and serves as a gateway to a meaningful and rewarding career. As a Procurement Associate, you will be immersed in dynamic team environment, learning the essentials of public service procurement and its importance in contributing to Singapore’s continuous operation and development. You will also gain hands-on experience, build critical procurement and business skills, and develop understanding of WOG procurement policies, systems and processes through the various job attachments.
Programme Eligibility
We are looking for passionate individuals ready to embark on an exciting career in government procurement.
Our ideal candidates should have the following qualities:
- Fresh graduates, or early career professionals with 5 years or less work experience
- Degree or diploma in any discipline
- Procurement experience is welcome but not required
- Driven, resourceful, curious, open-minded, and innovative
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
